The Board of Community Pharmacy Friendly Society Ltd (CPFS) undertook a tender of its Audit services coinciding with RSM Partners Australia completing 5 years as auditors. As a result, CPFS has now accepted the resignation of RSM Partners Australia, and the consent of James Ridley of Baumgartners Audit Pty Ltd to its appointment as the new company auditor.

In accordance with Section 327c of the Corporations Act 2001, a resolution will be placed at the November 2023 Annual General Meeting to ratify the appointment of James Ridley of Baumgartners Audit Pty Ltd as Community Pharmacy Friendly Society Limited’s auditor.

Members are also informed that CPFS has received written approval from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) to change its auditor.
