About Community Pharmacy

Who we are

Community Pharmacy Friendly Society was established in 1915, and was created as a mutual, not-for-profit organisation. Over the years we have operated many pharmacies across the east and south eastern suburbs of Victoria, and have owned our two current pharmacies for over 35 years.

Community Pharmacy Friendly Society is owned by our members, profits are reinvested back into the organisation to enhance our health and service offering to our members, customers and the local community

We deliver personalised patient-centric care and are advocates for co-ordinated care within the local community

Community Pharmacy are continuing to work towards developing our partnerships with both Health professionals and community groups. Our aim is to ensure that patient centred health solutions are available & cover the gaps in community health in our local areas. We provide our customers with convenient and personalised care, offering a complete solution to their health needs.

We have expanded our clinics and services available, with home delivery, in-store flu vaccinations, Covid vaccinations, Naturopathy & the introduction of telehealth services to name just a few.

Through our ‘We Care For…’ initiative we have been able to provide donations to programs for those in need such as www.knoxinfolink.org.au, sporting clubs, rotary clubs, and Community groups. The program has been developed to provide meaningful & supportive community engagement within the local community and is our way of giving back as a not for profit organisation.
