Notice of 2024 Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given to the members of Community Pharmacy Friendly Society Limited that the Annual General Meeting will be held via video-conference at 9:30 am Wednesday, 27^th November 2024.

To receive the meeting attendance link, members must register with the company via an email to info@communitypharmacy.com.au  no later than 5:00 pm Friday, 22^nd November 2024. Please title the subject of the email ‘Registration of interest AGM 2024’ and include your full name and contact details in the body of the email.  All attendees wishing to register to attend the online AGM must be current members of Community Pharmacy Friendly Society Ltd.  

Notice is also given that the election of Directors will take place at the AGM. Current Directors, Damien Smith and Chris Henderson are due to retire by rotation and being eligible, offer themselves to stand for election for a further term.
