Notice is hereby given to the members of Community Pharmacy Friendly Society Limited that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held via video-conference at 9:30 am Wednesday 29th November 2023.
To receive the meeting attendance link, members must register with the company via an email to info@communitypharmacy.com.au no later than 5:00 pm Friday 24th November 2023. Please title the subject of the email ‘Registration of interest AGM 2023’ and include your full name and contact details in the body of the email. All attendees wishing to register to attend the 2023 online AGM must be current members of Community Pharmacy Friendly Society Ltd.
Notice is also given that the election of Directors will take place at the AGM. Current Directors, Rhonda Whitfield and Theo Fleming are due to retire by rotation and being eligible, offer themselves to stand for election for a further term.
