NOTICE OF 2025 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given to the members of Community Pharmacy Friendly Society Limited that the Annual General Meeting will be held via video-conference at 8:00 am Wednesday, 26th November 2025.
To receive the meeting attendance link, members must register with the company via an email to info@communitypharmacy.com.au no later than 5:00 pm Friday, 21st November 2025. Please title the subject of the email ‘Registration of interest AGM 2025’ and include your full name and contact details in the body of the email. All attendees wishing to register to attend the online AGM must be current members of Community Pharmacy Friendly Society Ltd.
Notice is also given that the election of Directors will take place at the AGM. Current Directors, Theodore Fleming and Rhonda Whitfield are due to retire by rotation and being eligible, Rhonda Whitfield offers themself to stand for election for a further term.
