Notice is hereby given to the members of Community Pharmacy Friendly Society Limited that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held via video-conference at 8:30 am Wednesday 8th December 2021.
To receive the meeting attendance link, members must register with the company via an email to info@communitypharmacy.com.au no later than 5:00 pm Friday 3rd December 2021. Please title the subject of the email ‘Registration of interest AGM 2021’ and include your full name and contact details in the body of the email. All attendees wishing to register to attend the 2021 online AGM must be current members of Community Pharmacy Friendly Society Ltd.
Notice is also given that the election of Directors will take place at the AGM. Current Directors, Kerry Robinson and Theo Fleming are due to retire by rotation and being eligible, offer themselves to stand for election for a further term.
A copy of the proposed AGM agenda will be available once finalised and will be uploaded to www.communitypharmacy.com.au .
